Where does Explorer ship to?

At Explorer, we offer free shipping on orders over $199 AU wide. If your order is under $199, there will be a flat fee of $15 for all AU addresses. This will automatically be applied to the checkout. See the full delivery policy here.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm AEDT. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Your order will typically arrive within 3-10 business days from dispatch.
